The AOC Australia Board convened in Canberra to review achievements, address challenges, and refine our strategic direction for 2025. With global conflicts reinforcing the importance of Electronic Warfare (EW), we are seizing the opportunity to amplify our voice and strengthen workforce pipelines.

Key discussions focused on:
Expanding advocacy through state representatives and direct engagement with students and early-career professionals.
Strengthening ties with Defence, industry, and academia to ensure AOC remains a leading voice in NS&D.
Addressing workforce challenges by enhancing recruitment efforts, launching a jobs board, and fostering career pathways in EW.
Growing industry support through sponsorship, strategic advice, and networking opportunities.
